What you need:
250-300g Very ripe bananas
1Tbsp Sugar
50g Rice flour
50g Wheat flour
1 Tbsp Honey
Pinch of Salt
300ml Oil
How to:
Cut the bananas into slices and mash in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients except sugar & honey gradually into the mix.
Add the sugar & honey into the batter
shortly before frying.
This is to ensure the crispiness of the
batter.
Also, adjust the sweetness accordingly.
Heat oil over medium to high heat.
Put a spoonful or two (depending on how big you’d like it to be) of banana mixture into the hot oil and allow it to sink.
Fry until golden brown.
